Not that long ago, when someone wanted to check on the validity of a business they would often call the Better Business Bureau or flip through the local Chamber of Commerce directory. These days, however, people are more apt to open their favorite web browser and Google your business. More and more, online stores and eCommerce sites are the modern day market place and storefront. This is validated by statistics reporting that many people will choose to give you business based upon what impression they get from your website. This begs the question, just how important is the look and feel of your website? Or, as has been asked many times before, “what does your website say about you?”
